These songs were written over a period of 5 years. To absolve, is to forgive, and this collection of songs is from a period of my life where I made a lot of mistakes. From anxiety ridden days to sleeping all day, I've now learned how to move on, and how self-absolution is learning how to adapt to your mistakes, and move on to improve on.
